Keen photographer, a kid at heart. Reasonably healthy, trek often to interestingly high places, most recently the Haute Pyrenees, Everest Base Camp and Island Peak, Kilimanjaro. My work has brought me all over East Africa - Ethiopia, Zambia, Tanzania - also parts of West Africa. I pack light :)
In addition to my landscape work, I'm a well established beauty and fashion photographer.
Outside of all this, I'm also a film maker and editor, with a career stretching back nearly thirty years.

It's here that you start asking yourself why you've dragged your sorry ass to this point, the going gets tough since you're quite high, probably near the 4000m mark, sleep isn't easy and every step hurts in some small way. I love it though, I love it for the stillness, the clear air, the feeling of spirituality dare I say it, being reasonably godless. The trek to Everest Base Camp came upon me as a surprise, with only a week to prepare although luckily I am reasonably fit.
