Crumlin from the Irish Cromghlinn, meaning "crooked glen is a village in County Antrim, Northern Ireland. Crumlin Glen is a wood glen on the Camlin River, near Lough Neagh.  There is a Cockle House in the glen and according to folklore the Cockle House was built facing Mecca as a Muslim temple for the landowners servant.
