I was born in Comber, County Down, Northern Ireland although I moved away in 1974. I have however, moved back to my roots since 2007 and my husband and I live with and look after my Dad. I have many interests and never get bored! I enjoy my computer, IPad, surfing, movies, reading, family and many varied crafts. I make things using a variety of media and flit from one craft to another:) I also enjoy photography and recently joined a localised private camera club after completing a photography course through the South Eastern and Regional College. I have one Daughter and one Grandson. I also own a caravan in Newcastle, County Down and spend many days there enjoying the peace an quiet and find it easier to relax there and enjoy making stuff.
Giant's Causeway - most famous for the legend of the Irish giant, Finn McCool. The causeway is the remains of the bridge that Finn built linking Ireland to Scotland. Flanked by the wild North Atlantic Ocean on one side and a landscape of dramatic cliffs on the other, the Giant’s Causeway has inspired artists, stirred scientific debate and captured the imagination of all who visit.
