<b>At Molly Gallivan's you will experience the simple country lifestyle in rural Ireland before the days of electricity and modern conveniences. Your visit begins with a unique Audio-visual presentation. depicting the life and times of Molly Gallivan while giving a general history of the surrounding area. Next you will visit Molly’s enchanting cottage which is over 200 years old. Then we invite you to take a stroll down memory lane a 500 metre walk through Molly’s traditional farm where you will witness in real life the farming methods and traditions of the not too distant past. Her farm is complete with animals, fowl and traditional farm machinery.

 "The Druid" is a large wooden statue, standing in the car parking area opposite Molly Gallivan’s cottage. It is carved from the remains of a pine tree, which has stood there for hundreds of years. The carving represents the first settlers in the area over 6000 years ago. The Druid looks out over the valley to the highest point on Barra-Bui mountain where a Cairn burial on the summit marks the resting place of one of his ancient chieftains.<b><b>
