What sizes do they come in ?
Lokofoto prints come in Lokofoto(small)/ medium / large / Premium sizes.

We hand choose a select few printing companies to work with us. These companies handle all our printing work in close cooperation with Lokofoto.com. (We are not a professional printing company and do not intend to become one). Each printing company we work with are established professional printers, trading for many years and are experts in their field. To be brief, they create the prints to our quality specifications and do a better job than we ever could independently.
We create our prints in cooperation with different professional printers, depending on the location to which it will be shipped. Each printing company is long established in the field and allows us to print the highest quality photographs. We want all our prints to be collectable and strive for each print to be of exhibition quality
What if a print has a flaw ?
We work with artisan printers to make gorgeous, exhibition-quality prints and every print is inspected before shipping. Very, very occasionally some flawed prints slip out. We will replace defective prints, so please inspect your prints right after they arrive. If you do spot an error or defect, take a snapshot of the print so that the error is visible.
Do Photographers benefit from sales ?
Photographers receive half the profits from each sale. (After printing and production costs)
3. Competitions and Submissions
Do I keep the rights to my photo?
If we choose to print a photo, the photographer is giving us the rights to print and sell it. We will not use a photo unless the photographer has been reimbursed for its use. The legal terms must be accepted before any photo is submitted to the competition.
How are the winning submissions chosen?
We look at the top photos for every area every couple of weeks and pick out photos that we want to print based on the photo's overall score, comments, and of course, its general awesomeness. Ultimately the decision of which photos are printed is left up to us. The scoring system however if fundamental in alerting our attention to photos that our customers want.
How are photographers Paid ?
Payment is via PayPal.
How long does it take for a entry to go up for voting?
After a photo is submitted, it remains pending for approval for 1-2 business days before it is up for voting. Occasionally photos can remain pending for a few days longer, such as when an unusually high number of photos are submitted.
How do I score Entries?
To score Entries, you simply need to join the Lokfoto community, navigate to the "Entries" section and begin scoring. Score each photo on a scale of 0-5 (0 being bad). The system will keep track of which photos you have scored so when you come back you'll be all ready to score new photos.
What are the Lokofoto "Featured Photos"
These are photos that we choose to highlight as being particularly interesting or special.

Why haven't I received my order or shipping confirmation email?

If you didn't receive an order confirmation, don't place your order again until you're sure the order didn't go through or you may end up with a duplicate order. First, check the Order Status page to see if your order exists. Make sure to enter this information it was entered when the order was placed. Another way to pull up your order status is to enter your full name and the first 4 AND last 4 digits of the credit card number used to place the order if you don't have the order number or think you may have entered the email address incorrectly. If you aren't able to locate your order through the Order Status page, contact our Customer Support : info@lokofoto.com with your name and email address used to place the order, and we can locate the order for you.
If you haven't received your shipping confirmation, it's likely your order hasn't shipped yet. It's possible that your order was shipped and the notification wasn't sent due to a technical error. 5. About Lokofoto
How does Lokofoto work?
All photos printed on Lokofoto are voted on and picked by the community. Users can submit photos to Lokofoto, which are then voted on by other users in the community. Once the scoring period has ended, the photo receives a score from 0 to 5. This is used as a gauge by Lokofoto to decide what gets accepted into the collection and printed.
What is Lokofoto?
We're not your average company. The photographs on Lokofoto are sourced from our ongoing open-call for submissions from a worldwide community of amazing photographers. Once submitted, our community cast votes that help us decide which photos go into the Lokofoto Collection for sale.
